Immersive Translate is a wide translation toolkit. It offers side by side translation of web pages and also handles PDFs and other documents, video subtitles, images and online meetings, through browser extensions and mobile apps. Its document translator accepts ePub files and can return a bilingual or a translation only ePub.
Easy Book Translation is narrower. It is a web app made only for ePub books. You upload a book, we read the whole thing, build a glossary of recurring names and terms, translate every paragraph, and insert each translation right under its original paragraph inside the original file. Then you can edit any paragraph or glossary entry and export again.

Is Easy Book Translation a browser extension like Immersive Translate?
No. It is a web app. You upload an ePub, the translation runs on our servers, and you download a new ePub. Nothing is installed in your browser, and it does not translate web pages.
Can Immersive Translate translate ePub files too?
Yes. According to its ePub translator page, its document translator accepts ePub and offers bilingual or translation only output. The exact pages we checked are in the sources list on this page.
Why use a tool made only for books?
